Soft, Tender, Melt-in-Your-Mouth Chocolate Chocolate-Chip Cookie that Might Make You Lose Your Head! A Must Try for Spooky Season ~

Full instructions and Ingredients listed below.

1 stick softened butter

2 tsp oil

2 tsp water

2 Tbsp strong coffee or espresso

scant 1/2 cup sugar

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 heaping cup Dutch process cocoa powder

1 cup flour

1 1/2 cup chocolate chips

• Beat together Sugar, butter, baking soda, salt

• Add oil, water, egg, coffee and vanilla - beat until smooth

• On low setting beat in cocoa

• Using a large spoon, mix in flour then chocolate chips - don't over mix

• Bake at 375 8-15 minutes - depending on size
